Cell Sorting

Our Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting Facility is located at Inmunolab, Faculty of Sciences, University of Chile. The Facility has the followig equipment:

FACS Aria III cell sorter (3 lasers-up to 13 parameters) whose major purpose is the identification and isolation of various cell populations.

The Facility counts with scientific and technical personnel who are available for consultation in designing experimental protocols and software programs for the interpretation and analysis of data. Cell preparation protocols and publication quality output are available upon request.

These instruments are operated by scientific personnel from Inmunolab. If you need to analyze your samples or isolate cell populations you should book in advance at [email protected] or [email protected]
